By accessing or using FixMySpeaking (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
FixMySpeaking provides automated analysis of speaking samples and recommended practice exercises. The analysis is generated by software and AI for self-improvement and informational purposes only. It is not professional, medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and scores are estimates rather than definitive measurements.
FixMySpeaking offers free features and an optional paid subscription that unlocks the full plan and unlimited tests. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before renewal. Pricing and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase and are managed through the platform you purchased on. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
The Service, including its software, content and branding, is owned by FixMySpeaking and protected by applicable laws. Your recordings and the results derived from them are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your recordings.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and feedback will be accurate or suitable for any particular goal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixMySpeaking will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.
